Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds just put a cherry on top of their relationship going on a date at the made-for-Instagram Museum of Ice Cream. The museum, which is located in both New York and San Francisco, includes “multi-sensory installations that bring to life your most delightful dreams,” according to its website, and clearly Lively and Reynolds just had to indulge.
Lively posted a few photos from their outing, which shows them bopping around a nearly empty museum. The museum photos are her first Instagram in two months, the last one being a birthday tribute to Reynolds. According to her posts, the museum includes a bright pink subway car, larger-than-life ice cream scoops that are inexplicably scooping ice cream out of the walls, hanging bananas, what looks like an ice cream-themed ball pit, and a tower of treats. She even posted a photo with the founder and president of the Museum of Ice Cream, Manish Vora.
The couple was joined by a few friends, including actor Justin Johnston and author and influencer Angie Niles. In his own photos from the night, Johnston can be seen playing in the museum’s “Sprinkle Pool.”
The museum also posted a photo of Reynolds awkwardly falling into said sprinkles a few days ago, making it seem like Lively’s photos are actually a mini throwback:
If you’re wondering what exactly one is supposed to wear to a museum dedicated to the wonder that is ice cream, Lively shared all the details of her own outfit on Instagram, revealing that she wore a Free People dress, Louboutin lace-up heeled boots, and an Aritzia coat. Reynolds on the other hand wore a Basic Rights shirt and Converse sneakers.
The Rosé Mansion perhaps? Only Lively’s Instagram feed—and paparazzi shots—will tell.
